Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Améle Laurent is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Améle Laurent is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist where possible.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Améle Laurent is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at amelelaurent@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and item(s)

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
