This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Améle Laurent website (“Website”).

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the items meet the return conditions below.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Sale Items

Sale, clearance, markdown, or discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item where possible

If approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

We reserve the right to assess the issue before approving a return or refund.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, washing, alterations, or accidental damage are not considered faulty.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Be returned in original packaging where possible
  • Include proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund instead.

Processing Times

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for processing.

During holidays or sale periods, processing times may be longer.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a faulty or incorrect item), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Améle Laurent is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Rejected Returns

If your return does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, we may reject the return and send the item back to you at your expense.
